Trunk Monkey! Jeff and I saw those dumb billboards one time on the way to a comic convention. By the time the con was over, we had a whole narrative written up around the Trunk Monkey as a central character.
Thankfully it is long lost to the sands of time and will never see the light of day.
I guess he should be lucky the only evil he summoned was a little goblin, and not some ancient forbidden evil that would have destroyed the entire village, and maybe even the world. They need to be more careful with those things. Awesome comic btw found it via a tweet from AndId!
Thanks Anii! I guess it’s official term is “spirit fire” which is what I label the layer while I’m drawing. But I think of it more like smoke most of the time, puffing and billowing. I guess when it’s in action it behaves more like lightning?
