Lol. This got a big stupid grin out of me. Really like seeing Subira do the saleswoman thing. Very cute.
I wonder exactly how many people have met their ends due to a last-minute discovery that the extra strength potion just had extra flavor? Yunda must have chosen the name.
“I like your face?”
Does that line score her extra sales?
Seems to work for Yunda.
I totally missed that.
That’s actually my favorite part of that. She looks so very much like a child does when they’re doing something by rote. You portrayed that very well, and that last panel with the face and then dropping in one of her dad’s favorite lines word for word just brings it all home.
Well put, sir, well put. I’ll certainly make note of that.
Awww Subira looks just like her fake dad in the last panel.
A female character who is not someone’s beleaguered assistant… I sense this will go good places for Subira.
How is she not a beleaguered assistant to Yunda? I understand you’re argument that she has enough independent character traits no to be just another stereotyped sidekick, but right now she definitely fits the bill as a beleaguered assistant to a minor character.
I believe Asterai was referring to this new woman as a potential good influence for Subira. We’ll have to wait and see if this is the case.
Well, not necessarily good in the immediate future… but I’d stake my fanciest hat that Subira is going to Learn New Things today. This adventurer chick does not look or act like the other people Subira knows.
Can’t wait for Monday.
You will NOT be disappointed. Monday’s page took me FOREVER.
Tsk tsk, underage children should not be selling spirits and drinks to strangers. For shame.
That being said I can’t wait to see this new chick in action!
Just to say – I think it’s spelled ‘tartar.’
But Subira’s imitation is freaking hilarious.
Fixed! Thanks! Also, you have GREAT taste in avatars.
